2. Mentorship Program

Enrollment in any Underground SEO University mentorship tier is subject to acceptance of your application. We reserve the right to decline applications at our sole discretion.

Program fees are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, methodologies, frameworks, and tools — is the intellectual property of Underground SEO University and Josh Bachynski. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Materials shared inside the mentorship program (recordings, frameworks, tools, templates) are for your personal use only. Sharing or reselling program materials is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination without refund.
